Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026. The app: "Fommi: ABC & Safe World" (the "App").

In short

The App is made for children, so we chose the simplest and safest approach possible: we collect no data at all. Not about the child, not about the parent, not about the device.

1. What data we collect

None. The App does not request or process any personal data:

no sign-up and no accounts;
no analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers;
no access to camera, microphone, contacts, or location;
the App works fully offline, with no internet connection.

2. Data on your device

The only thing the App stores is game progress (for example, completed alphabet letters) and settings (language, sound). This data is kept locally on your device only, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Children

The App is intended for children aged 3 and up and complies with children's app requirements (including COPPA and GDPR provisions concerning children's data) in the most direct way — by not collecting data. The App contains no ads, no in-app purchases inside the kids' area, and no external links accessible to a child.

4. Third-party services

The App does not share data with third-party services. The app store you installed the App from (App Store, Google Play, RuStore) may process data under its own privacy policy, which is outside of our control.

5. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes (for example, with new features), the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. The "minimal data" principle will not change.
