Terms of Use

Effective September 10, 2026. The app: "Fommi: ABC & Safe World" (the "App").

1. What this document is

These Terms are an agreement between you and the developer of the App. By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

2. Age and the parent's role

The App is intended for children aged 3 and up; however, only an adult can be a party to this agreement. By installing the App for a child, you as a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms on the child's behalf and supervise the child's use of the App.

3. What the App does

The App is a learning game: exploring words with voice-overs, quizzes, the alphabet, and learning to tell "dangerous" from "safe" objects. The App works offline and contains no ads. Its content is educational and for entertainment; it does not replace adult supervision — a child's real-world safety is the parent's responsibility.

4. License

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or use. You may not decompile, modify, or distribute the App or its parts, or use them commercially without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The App, the Fommi character, graphics, photographs, voice-overs, texts, and other materials belong to the developer or are used lawfully, and are protected by intellectual property law.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is." We strive to make it work correctly but do not guarantee it is error-free on every device. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update the App (adding content and features) and these Terms. A new version of the Terms will be published on this page with a new date; continued use of the App means you accept it.
